Robot JEEVES replaces minibar and room service ... and he's fun!
When JEEVES flits through the corridors with a cool drink or waits for an order at the reception desk, smiling guests are guaranteed: The new employee at the ARCOTEL John F in Berlin-Mitte is a robot. Since January 2023, he has been on duty to offer all guests the best service and to deliver snacks and drinks quickly and easily to the room. JEEVES also replaces nearly 200 energy-intensive minibars, which no longer have to run continuously. In line with ARCOTEL Hotels' "MORE" strategy, it thus offers guests a certain entertainment value in addition to the usual high level of service, sets an important milestone in terms of automation and digitalization, and helps save energy.
